We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Executive to join our Liquidity and Margin Services Relationship Management team. This role is located in New York, NY - Hybrid In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Independently oversee a portfolio of existing client relationships and/or new prospects, focusing on revenue growth through a combination of deepening and expanding existing relationships and cultivating new business.
- Consults with clients/prospects on their strategic vision and uses an in-depth understanding of the firm's solutions and value proposition to help achieve that vision.
- Generates leads from within existing client accounts or as a review of industry research, prospecting. Client and prospect contacts could be advisors/individuals, or institutional leaders.
- Work with senior Client Coverage colleague that serves in consultative role to clients/prospects, advising top leadership on the best way to achieve their short- and long- term strategic objectives through a solutions-oriented approach to delivering the firm's full capabilities.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Education requirement ---Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
- 5 - 7 years of total work experience preferred
- Well-versed with strong interest in the financial services industry.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and accountability with urgency.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, service-oriented, and with a drive to win business while mitigating risk.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $83,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
