Position: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst | Division: Finance| Work Days: Monday - Friday| Hours of Operation: 8:00am- 5:00pm

Position Overview: The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst acts as a strategic business partner, leveraging advanced technical and business knowledge to gather complex business analytics, develop actionable insights, and influence strategic decisions. This role coordinates financial processes for the line of business, including the annual budget, monthly financial forecast, and long-term strategic planning. Additionally, it involves developing business plans, making presentations, and communicating with various levels of leadership. The analyst works with LOB/Operational leaders across a matrixed organizational structure to develop or update dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators, and profitability reports, creating workflow solutions to disseminate financial and business information. This role also serves as a primary coordinator for financial reporting applications of the company's data warehouse. Essential Functions:
- Act as a liaison between finance and lines of business, collaborating with business leaders to translate business needs into actionable information and analytics.
- Coordinate the annual budget, monthly financial forecasts, long-term financial planning, and other financial/business processes for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Provide analysis of key performance indicators, dashboards, scorecards, and profitability to LOB and Operational leaders.
- Maintain management reporting information in financial systems, ensuring data integrity for areas of responsibility.
- Serve as the key contact for business leaders regarding comprehensive knowledge of existing systems, processes, and business strategies.
- Proactively gather complex business requirements, define business problems, identify data requirements, and produce actionable reports and analysis.
- Share insights and observable conclusions about profitability and strategies to enhance it.
- Support a positive change culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop innovative approaches to identifying and addressing business opportunities.
- Lead the analysis and development or update of dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators, and profitability reports.
- Create appropriate workflow solutions to disseminate financial and business information.
- Coordinate financial reporting applications of the company's data warehouse.
- This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 5+ years in a professional specialty, preferably in advanced analytics, financial reporting, or management.
- Demonstrates adaptability and advanced knowledge of data reporting/analysis tools and techniques.
- Experienced in influencing business strategies and developing innovative solutions.
- Four-year college degree, preferably in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced credentials are a plus.

- Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 10 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday.
