What You'll Do:
Corporate Sustainability & Compliance Leadership * Oversee and maintain Supermicro's sustainability, compliance, and responsible sourcing policies. Regulatory & Industry Standards Compliance * Stay current on ESG, sustainability, human rights, and responsible sourcing regulatory and customer requirements in markets around the world. ESG Reporting & Supplier Due Diligence * Oversee sustainability reporting to regulators, customers, investors, third parties, and other key stakeholders. Business Continuity & Operational Resilience * Develop, implement, and maintain the Company's business continuity and operational resilience framework. Sustainability Investment & Strategic Partnerships * Assess sustainability investments and initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Product Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Legal, Human Resources, and Marketing teams. What You'll Bring:
Education & Expertise * Advanced degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Law, Business, Risk Management, or related field preferred. Subject matter expertise in ESG, responsible sourcing, sustainability, compliance, and governance programs. Regulatory Knowledge & Compliance Experience * Strong understanding of CSRD, CSDDD, UFLPA, California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and Conflict Minerals reporting obligations. Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Experience * Experience developing and managing business continuity, crisis management, operational resilience, or enterprise risk management programs. Leadership & Strategic Thinking * Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable compliance, sustainability, and resilience programs. Salary Range
$197,000 - $224,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
