In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for marketing planning within the Base Management team. This is a highly analytical and strategic role focused on decreasing churn within the Verizon Consumer Mobility Group through data-driven strategies and targeted offers. You will help define our strategic marketing approach to retaining customers, identifying ROI-profitable segments who are truly save-able, all while growing and retaining base revenue. You will be responsible for developing marketing programs that incentivize retention and loyalty, as well as building the business case to justify the program and obtain financial approvals, along with developing marketing plans to drive & measure results. As part of the strategy team, you will work cross-functionally with the team to evaluate key cohorts within our base, analyze performance across a variety of KPIs, and assess potential macro and microeconomic trends to draw up strategies to drive higher payment rates and retain subscribers through loyalty & retention programs. A critical part of your success in this role will be your ability to develop and coordinate marketing strategy across multiple teams, and to facilitate collaborative and productive relationships with peers across VCG and Finance -- both within the Digital Marketing & Base Management team and other key stakeholders across the business. You will be the key conduit between the Acquisition and Base Marketing team and our partners across HQ support & cross functional teams, as well as support our Finance and CX teams. You'll help translate how our core strategies apply to identified opportunities within their programs and drive impact/results. Through strong project management skills and sustained collaboration, you'll help ensure that we leverage opportunities to integrate key insights from these groups back into our overall base marketing program and strategy. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $136,500.00 - $238,000.00.
