What are we looking for? A Lead Senior Consultant, Dynamics 365 | Customer Engagement (D365 CE) / CRM / Power Platform to provide strategic leadership for clients that are implementing or upgrading D365 CE applications and add-in products. They will be responsible for business process and application design, mapping to client business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
A Day in the Life
    • The Lead Senior Consultant is responsible for working with the Solution Architect on the overall solution design for the client's D365 CE implementation or upgrade project, including business process, system configuration, customization and integration with third party applications
    • Collaborate with Project Management to provide leadership and ensure alignment with project governance structure
    • Provide strong leadership, partnering with clients to drive organizational adoption of new or changed processes and systems
    • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a vision and solutions in the form of process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs
    • Works as a key leader within our implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal and execution plan that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs
    • Provides leadership and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans
    • Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions
    • Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional design documents
    • Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills
    • Performs demonstrations of D365 CE to clients as part of project execution and proof of concept, Joint Process Design methodology
    • Facilitate design decisions across key areas including Change Management, Configuration, Development, Integration, Infrastructure, Security and Storage
    • Provide guidance on integration and solutioning with the Power Platform
    • Provide thought-leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic Dynamics 365 and Power Apps implementations
    • Build POCs and solutions to analyze ambiguous customer situations and to determine appropriate solutions as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
    • 6+ years leading D365 CE implementations or upgrades in client-facing roles
    • At least 10 full life cycle D365 CE Implementations
    • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
    • Travel to client worksites nationwide will be required
    • Experience with Joint ERP + CRM projects
    • Working knowledge of D365 CE integration technologies
    • Familiarity with D365 CE and Power Platform implementation methodologies
    • Understanding of Organizational Change Management principles and practices
    • Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio
    • Experience and efficiency writing and documenting requirements in ADO
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
    • *Years of experience are not required to be consecutive, listed under preferred qualifications
    • Work Location: This position is available remotely in the United States or remotely in the following Canadian Provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.
    • Travel Required:Incumbent is expected to regularlymeetwith client teamsacross the United States and Canada (up to 50%) and willbe asked to attend industry events from time to time

Compensation
    • Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
