Facility Project Management Lead: Architect of Infrastructure Excellence.

Be the maestro who orchestrates facility transformations across a national stage! This rare opportunity puts you at the helm of a specialized team delivering critical infrastructure solutions for premier facilities. Shape the future of mechanical systems, roofing, and paving projects while developing your leadership prowess in a role that balances strategic oversight with hands-on project execution.

Here is some of what you will do:

  • Lead a national team of Facility Project Management professionals, orchestrating performance metrics, delivery excellence, and process optimization
  • Develop and manage multi-region cash flow forecasts, ensuring your team meets financial commitments with precision
  • Balance a substantial annual capital budget while strategically distributing resources across your national team
  • Harness JLL's cutting-edge technology platforms to drive project efficiency and visibility
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution under principal model contracts
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly project updates and resource management analytics
  • Serve as a player/coach, personally managing critical infrastructure projects while developing your team's capabilities
  • Direct diverse project teams, including contractors, property management, engineers, and client stakeholders
  • Shepherd multiple concurrent projects through their entire lifecycle across various locations
  • Maintain unwavering accountability for end-to-end project execution excellence
  • Collaborate with regional JLL peers to identify and mitigate risk factors affecting performance and reputation
  • Participate in regional operations meetings, leveraging Business Intelligence tools to optimize team execution
  • Implement and refine best practices that drive operational excellence across regions
  • Partner with Facility Management and PDS teams to address project challenges proactively
  • Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project development and execution
  • Support the IFM Director's account management initiatives through team development and performance coaching

Here is who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your expertise
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in Facility Management and/or Project Management, with a track record of success
  • Demonstrated mastery of project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of facility operating systems that drives intelligent infrastructure decisions
  • Established expertise in facility management, construction, or commercial real estate operations
  • Exceptional organizational abilities paired with strong analytical skills that convert data into actionable insights
  • Superior time management capabilities that enable effective prioritization across multiple competing demands
  • Refined interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders
  • Talent for translating complex data into compelling communications that achieve project objectives
  • Ability to travel between regions as needed to support your multi-regional team

This position reports directly to the IFM Global Senior Director and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on critical infrastructure across a prestigious client portfolio.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

155,000.00 - 175,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
