Summary

The Director, Channel Marketing is responsible for extending the OneStream marketing activities by providing general marketing education, assistance in the development of campaigns, and overall marketing guidance to the OneStream Alliance partner community. The predominance of this role is the co-development of marketing activities that will generate qualified leads for the partner and OneStream field sales teams, and promote the Alliance partners capabilities to support a CPM strategy leveraging the OneStream platform.

The ideal candidate location is based in Central or Eastern time zones. Please note, travel may be required up to 25% or more to meet objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Drive demand, enablement, and awareness among our global partner network.
  • Manage MDF funding and return-on-investment by marketing channel.
  • Create, organize, and execute marketing programs and campaigns that align with our global Partner strategy and result in substantial new sales opportunity creation.
  • Collaborate across departments (global and field marketing, sales management, design, and operations).
  • This role requires a mix of 40% strategy and 60% execution with a strong roll-up your sleeves attitude.
  • Measure the impact of marketing efforts by partner, region and program, while looking for ways to improve.
  • Repurpose and customize existing programs, plays, and content to reach new audiences within accounts.
  • Frequently interact with sales and Alliance leadership on lead status/quality/progression and ROI.
  • Create and distribute collateral, resources, and corporate marketing materials.
  • Proactively work as a channel advocate across the marketing team, ensuring global partners are included in content, communications, and demand-gen activities.



Required Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, Sales or relevant field, or related field experience.
  • 8+ years Marketing Experience.
  • 5+ years of Channel experience or Channel Sales Experience.


Preferred Education and Experience



  • Experience in enterprise software (CPM/EPM is a plus).
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with a MDF program.

Travel

Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel 25%.
