Specializing in IVD equipment sales, this role is pivotal in promoting the OPTI CCA-TS 2 Blood Gas Analyzers to hospitals and medical facilities. Your expertise will directly contribute to advancing patient care by promoting critical diagnostic tools used in hospital laboratories and respiratory departments. In the role of Inside Sales Associate:
You will drive sales growth and instrument placement through strategic cold calling and prospecting, focusing on hospital laboratory managers, respiratory therapy managers, and other key stakeholders within the human healthcare sector. You will develop and maintain an accurate contact database, ensuring detailed opportunity tracking and efficient lead generation for field sales follow-up. You will receive comprehensive training on our product line and the healthcare market to effectively communicate our value proposition to new and existing customers. You will work in tandem with the field sales team to optimize account acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies. You may attend industry shows in territory as necessary.
What you need to succeed:
You must possess demonstrated success in sales, preferably with capital equipment sales within the healthcare sector. You must possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders within the hospital setting. You must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly, build and maintain relationships. You must possess the capability to absorb and articulate technical information. You must be highly motivated and goal oriented. You must possess strong organizational and planning skills, with a proven track record of effective territory management. You must possess effective time management skills to ensure desired business outcomes. You must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You must have a commitment to continuous learning and development in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.
