Lubbock Coordinator 41708BR Student Faculty Staff Support Position Description Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants. About the Department and/or College Campus Access and Engagement at Texas Tech University is seeking a passionate and community-oriented Outreach Liaison Coordinator to lead initiatives that strengthen early college awareness and educational access across local and rural K-12 school districts. This position is dedicated to building meaningful partnerships with students, parents, educators, and community stakeholders, with a mission to demystify the concept of higher education-what it is, how it works, and how it can be a reality for all students, regardless of background or geography. This position focuses on building long-term educational pipelines and empowering K-12 communities with information, tools, and support systems related to college access, preparation, affordability, accessibility, and student life. Major/Essential Functions
Required Qualifications High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for the required experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
