Duration: 6 Months Contract, Onsite

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic and versatile MySQL Developer with hands-on experience in Informatica ETL tools and a strong background in Business Development (BDM).
• This hybrid role requires a rare blend of technical depth and client-facing skills to drive database optimization, data integration, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between engineering and business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex MySQL databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of database systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of database issues.
• Design and develop scalable ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
• Integrate data from various sources into centralized databases for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with data architects to ensure efficient data modeling and transformation.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage with clients to understand their technical needs.
• Translate client requirements into technical deliverables and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and demonstrations of database solutions.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MySQL development and performance tuning.
• Strong expertise in Informatica ETL tools (PowerCenter, IICS, etc.).
• Experience in client-facing roles or business development, ideally in tech or data domains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pre-sales engineering or solution consulting.
• Familiarity with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, etc.).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
