We are looking for a strategic, metrics-savvy Digital Advertising Program Manager to lead our global digital media and performance marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for driving overall advertising strategy across search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and emerging generative engine optimization channels.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on knowledge of digital advertising platforms with strategic leadership experience, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and is confident managing external agencies. This individual will act as a global consultant to regional marketing operations teams, guiding advertising best practices and delivering meaningful insights that connect digital marketing efforts to business results. Ideal candidates must be able to work at our Bloomington, MN office on a hybrid schedule.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the global digital advertising strategy aligned with corporate marketing goals, with emphasis on brand awareness, keyword leadership, and demand generation.

  • Oversee growth planning across SEO, SEM, and generative engine optimization, ensuring an integrated and scalable approach to performance marketing.

  • Act as a consultant to regional and global marketing operations teams to ensure consistency in campaign execution, channel mix, and performance measurement.

  • Manage external agencies by developing scopes of work, setting performance expectations, overseeing execution, and establishing best practices and governance frameworks for agency collaboration.

  • Create and optimize digital advertising processes and standards across channels and regions to drive operational efficiency and accountability.

  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and analytics teams to align campaign goals, audience targeting, messaging, and creative execution.

  • Own campaign reporting and insights, driving regular performance reviews and strategy refinements based on KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, MQLs, and attribution across marketing channels.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Marketing Operations and Senior Leadership, to ensure executive visibility into paid media performance and ROI.

  • Utilize platforms such as Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Marketo, D365 CRM, Google Ad Manager, LinkedIn, and Bing to analyze campaign effectiveness, track performance trends, and recommend optimization strategies.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing education and guidance on analytics, KPIs, and digital best practices across the organization.

  • Stay up to date on the evolving digital advertising landscape, including privacy changes, search algorithm updates, and new channel opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or program management or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or program management with a global scope

  • Prior experience with the following platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Bing

  • 1+ year of experience with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and experience measuring campaign performance and ROI

  • 1+ year of experience in campaign attribution and marketing automation utilizing CRM tools such as Marketo and D365 CRM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success managing cross-channel paid media campaigns and digital agencies

  • Familiarity with SEO tools and strategy (e.g., SEMrush)

  • Ability to manage large budgets, prioritize global and regional needs, and deliver measurable impact

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience applying product marketing concepts and teaching performance metrics within an organization

  • Experience in a B2B or complex enterprise environment

  • Experience creating and managing SOWs and vendor frameworks

  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling

  • Working knowledge of how marketing technologies integrate to support campaign delivery and tracking

  • Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Analytics

Annual Salary Range: $86,200 - 111,000.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
