Job Description

Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Analytics Specialist III plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing the supply chain performance through data-driven insights and analytical solutions. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex supply chain data to improve inventory management, demand forecasting, procurement, logistics, and overall operational efficiency. In conjunction you will support supply chain operations in the region utilizing best in class service level for internal/external customers supports, open order management in the SAP S/4 and Transportation Management -TM - Module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of daily Booked/Shipped orders through our TM system, providing proof of delivery (POD or proof of incoterms)
  • TM Master Data entry work and Freight Settlement exception handling
  • Support Order-to-Cash (OTC - Customer Service) and Site Logistics to resolve issues with SAP TM and general open order management issues related to Logistics service failures in the EM TM module.
  • Provide prompt, professional communication with customers, and lead to joint problem-solving.
  • Ensure all businesses and customers are proactively and fully informed of cargo status by keeping up to date in the systems and supplying appropriate information.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain risks and disruptions, providing actionable insights to mitigate issues.
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement using statistical and analytical techniques.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key supply chain metrics (e.g., inventory levels, lead times, forecast accuracy, supplier performance).
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and IT teams to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Leverage SAP/TM and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, ...) to extract and manipulate data.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with statistical and forecasting methods; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
