To thrive as an Accounts Receivable Representative, you'll bring a love for details, a knack for numbers, and a collaborative spirit. You'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly by managing customer payments, resolving discrepancies, and helping maintain accurate and up-to-date account records. We'll count on you to support both the finance and logistics teams with timely, organized reporting that helps drive our business forward.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Prepare and apply customer payments daily, including charge card transactions.
  • Reconcile cash deposits and keep everything balanced, especially for one-time customers.
  • Work with carriers and distribution centers to confirm deliveries and resolve any payment issues.
  • Help generate weekly and month-end reports and make sure invoices go out on time.
  • Dig into account discrepancies, issue chargebacks when needed, and keep things moving forward.

What we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections is highly preferred.
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet daily and weekly goals that have multiple moving parts.
  • Great communication skills as you'll collaborate with teammates, customers, and other departments.
