Thomas College invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Business Administration and Marketing, beginning in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. We are seeking a dynamic educator to join a growing and collaborative community focused on student success and real-world readiness.

The H. Allen Ryan School of Business prepares students for meaningful careers through hands-on, practice-oriented education in areas such as Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management, and Sport Management. Our students benefit from strong faculty mentorship and robust internship experiences with local businesses, nonprofits, and national programs such as the Washington Center for Internships.

As part of Thomas College's forward-looking vision, the H. Allen Ryan School is leading efforts to expand innovative programming that connects business education with emerging technologies and regional needs. We welcome candidates who can support our programs in Business, with preferred expertise in areas such as Social Media Analytics, Marketing Research, Operations, and Quality Management.

The successful candidate will be encouraged to collaborate with colleagues in Computer Science, Communications, and Business Analytics to deliver a curriculum that equips students for a technology-driven and data-informed workplace.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence, student-centered learning, and active engagement in the college and local communities. Responsibilities include a 4/4 teaching load, advising students, service on College committees, and contributions to course and program development. Some Teaching assignments may include hybrid or online formats.

A terminal degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred. Candidates with a record of innovative, engaging instruction, and familiarity with current business technologies and strategies, are especially encouraged to apply.
