THOR Solutions is seeking a motivated mid-level
Administrative Analyst to provide support services for Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) in
San Diego, CA. In this role, you'll support the government customer's Portfolio Board (PB), Portfolio Council (PC), and Space Working Group by coordinating meetings, facilitating industry engagements, and supporting event planning and execution. You will maintain the PC SharePoint site and Teams calendar, assist with budget tracking and reporting, and help prepare presentations and data calls for executive-level reviews. Additionally, you'll support NIWC participation in conferences and technical tours, manage a conference room and related supplies, and contribute to knowledge management by maintaining repositories and internal resources. This role requires a diverse skill set, including technical proficiency, attention to detail, and strong communication and organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience obtained in a U.S. Navy/DoD environment.
Typical Responsibilities:
Location: Full time onsite at NIWC PAC in San Diego, CA. Typical Physical Activity: Desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion. Typical Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location(s) is $28.00 - 32.00/hour. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education, qualifications, and experience. Existing Security Clearance Required:This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate must already possess an active or interim Secret security clearance.A candidate with especially strong, relevant experience but no active security clearance may still be considered, but work start would be dependent upon a new Secret clearance being awarded.
