Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Lead and direct manufacturing operations across Blending, Encapsulation, and Washroom work centers, supporting a 24/5, three-shift operation with potential weekend coverage.
  • Manage the day-to-day performance, direction, and development of the manufacturing organization (approximately 35 employees), including direct supervision of line leaders.
  • Ensure the highest standards of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), product quality, food safety, productivity, and on-time delivery are consistently met.
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain process discipline and drive improvements in process reliability, productivity, and capacity utilization.
  • Oversee washroom operations, ensuring sanitation, cleaning activities, and protocols meet food safety, quality, and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements.
  • Act as a change agent by challenging existing practices and leading the integration of new products, processes, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with site leadership and internal stakeholders to align manufacturing strategy with business objectives and customer demand.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment, with demonstrated people leadership capability.
  • Experience in food, dietary supplement, or regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead through change and contribute effectively as a member of a senior leadership team.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems, sanitation standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems and data reporting tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
