Responsibilities

Page is seeking an Architectural Designer to work on projects in various stages of design and construction. This individual will perform basic design and technical tasks requiring applications of standard techniques and knowledge while working under direct supervision of more experienced staff.

  • Perform architectural assignments, compile data, perform design computations;
  • Prepare architectural drawing, execute 'red-lined' revisions and develop details from sketches generated by Project Architects;
  • Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents, and ensure integrated design approaches and solutions;
  • Assist in construction administration and observe architectural features of projects in construction;
  • Perform graphic tasks according to the Page Project Delivery Manual;
  • Knowledge of coordination with specifications;
  • Understand the implications of building codes and other regulatory requirements;
  • Use technology and methodologies to create innovative approaches to building design;
  • Champion technical quality of work produced by keeping abreast of new technologies, changes in building codes, and advances in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university preferred
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Working knowledge of REVIT required
  • Possess a desire to become LEED accredited as well as a Registered Architect
