Administrative Assistant \| Strobes \| Fort Myers, FL Regular Employee \| Salary Non-Exempt What you'll do: As the Administrative Assistant for Strobes-R-Us (A Shyft Brand) based in Fort Myers, FL, you will be accountable for supporting the branch with administration responsibilities. You will be a cornerstone of the team, providing invaluable support, knowledge, and expertise. Will be the first point of contact in reception and answering phones Provide positive customer interaction and inside sales Process receivables and call on collections accounts Maintaining the two-way department service calls and scheduling Maintaining inventory levels (stock and install supplies) Processing and fulfilling customer orders Shipping and receiving Submitting monthly vendor reports Complete and submit paperwork timely What you need to be successful: Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM Experience with Excel, Word, and PC based software Must have experience with QuickBooks Desktop Professional appearance and good verbal/written communication skills Must be a responsible worker that can work without supervision Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 50 Pounds and move boxes of stock Able to pass a background check and drug screening Learn more about The Shyft Group and Strobes-R-Uss by exploring the Learn More section below.
