What You'll Be Doing


  • Assemble wire harnesses using harness boards, tools, and clear work instructions to meet daily production goals.



  • Operate cutting, stripping, and marking equipment, as well as terminating presses, to prepare components for assembly.



  • Read and follow technical documentation, including bills of materials, assembly drawings, and digital work instructions.



  • Inspect your work for quality and accuracy using visual checks, standard test equipment, and checklists.



  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient workplace by sharing improvement ideas and following safety standards.



What We're Looking For


  • High school diploma or GED is required.



  • Previous experience in assembly or wire routing is preferred but not required-we'll train the right candidate.



  • Comfort using basic tools (wire prep, crimpers, screwdrivers) and basic computer systems.



  • Ability to read and follow instructions, including standard operating procedures and visual diagrams.



  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
