Wire Assembler

As a Wire Assembler, you'll play a hands-on role in building the high-quality components that drive performance and reliability for our customers worldwide.

  Assemble wire harnesses using harness boards, tools, and clear work instructions to meet daily production goals.

  Operate cutting, stripping, and marking equipment, as well as terminating presses, to prepare components for assembly.

  Read and follow technical documentation, including bills of materials, assembly drawings, and digital work instructions.

  Inspect your work for quality and accuracy using visual checks, standard test equipment, and checklists.

  Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient workplace by sharing improvement ideas and following safety standards.

  High school diploma or GED is required.

  
  
• 
  

  Previous experience in assembly or wire routing is preferred but not required-we'll train the right candidate.

  Comfort using basic tools (wire prep, crimpers, screwdrivers) and basic computer systems.

  Ability to read and follow instructions, including standard operating procedures and visual diagrams.

  Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
