The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for the manufacturing plant, driving excellence in production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. This role ensures world-class customer service levels, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with business growth objectives. This role is based out of Anderson, IN and would require this individual to be on site regularly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules in collaboration with Production Managers to maximize throughput and meet delivery commitments.

• Oversee purchasing of raw materials, components, and indirect services. Build strategic supplier relationships that enhance quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

• Manage shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling processes to ensure smooth flow of goods and data accuracy.

• Maintain inventory aligned with customer demand, leading initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and minimize holding costs.

• Own supply chain KPIs (e.g., Days Inventory Outstanding, vendor delivery performance) and lead strategic improvement projects.

• Continuously monitor supplier performance and take corrective action to safeguard service levels and product quality.

• Lead long-range planning for production control, evaluating plant capacity, constraints, and growth strategy alignment.

• Contribute to budgeting processes and ensure procurement spend aligns with targets.

• Drive cost-reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Foster a high-performance team environment, influencing internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain roles, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of people leadership experience.

• Experience with ERP or MRP systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle or SAP.

• Strong analytical acumen paired with excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
