Job Description
ECU Department of Math and Science Education is currently seeking several Graduate Assistants to perform the following duties:

  • Assist office staff with clerical requests.
  • Provide front desk/reception coverage as needed.
  • Greet guests and visitors.
  • File, shred, photocopy and collate documents.
  • Run light errands around campus.
  • Communicate professionally with external and internal partners.
  • Complete Word processing and data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
- Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
- Must have excellent written and oral skills.
- Must possess integrity, punctuality, and dependability.
- Must be self-motivated to complete work effectively and in a timely manner.
