Our client is looking for a Copy Editor to join their team!
This is a remote, 6 month long assignment requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Someone with exceptional grammar, spelling, syntax, and editing skills with strong attention to detail; ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across all content types - Proven ability to establish and manage editorial workflows, from content intake through upload, particularly in digital learning environments (ELP experience is a plus) - Experience contributing to or designing taxonomies that improve content structure, navigation, and overall user experience - Deep familiarity with applying style guides and refining tone, formatting, and structure across multiple author submissions and content formats. - Strong communicator with the ability to provide constructive editorial feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and content creators. - Comfortable using digital tools and content platforms (Google Sites or similar), with a creative mindset for improving content engagement and presentation The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $65.00-85.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
