Description

Starting Salary Range: $64,000-$75,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

What You'll Do



  • Manage full lifecycle of contractors: onboarding, changes, and terminations
  • Track and administer compliance training, badging, and orientation sessions
  • Support procurement activities by creating and maintaining Purchase Orders and Contract Records
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for suppliers, security assessments, and vendor information
  • Monitor and proactively manage contract and assessment expiration dates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement and process improvement initiatives



What You Bring



  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and procurement platforms like Oracle Cloud
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Procurement & Purchasing Fundamentals Certificate (PPFC), Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), or similar


Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

Education
Associates of Supply Management (preferred)
Associates of Human Resource Administration (preferred)
Associates of Business Administration (preferred)
Experience
2 years: experience in procurement, contracts administration, vendor or contractor management, or HR (required)
