Description Manage our web platforms. Work with Marketing and Communications. Conduct code review and deployment. Schedule migrations. Follow change management processes. Work with Infrastructure on DNS changes. Support access control issues with Content Mgmt. Use Github for code depository and orchestration. Renewal management for plugins. Follow and validate SDLC. Should have some experience with Agile. Position Overview Administrator, Web Technologies is responsible for Invenergy's portfolio of web technologies related to public facing websites. These technologies include a content-management system (ContentStack), hosting platform (Vercel) and source code control and management(GitHub). They will be responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance and support of these technologies. This role will work closely with the various business groups that are key stakeholders for these technologies and new rollouts, updates and decommissions. This role will assist with the development of the web technology strategy, help define web technology roadmaps and identify ongoing costs of these technologies to ensure a robust web technology program. They will work closely with our vendor partners for the support and enhancements of these web technologies. Responsibilities Assist with the development of a comprehensive, coherent and effective web technology program. Ongoing support, maintenance and management of web technologies including but not limited to a content management system, hosting platform(s) and source-code control environment. Work with external resources for the ongoing maintenance, management and development of the web technologies. Ensure the Technology Catalog is kept up to date and contains all required information for existing and new web technologies. Administer the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager configurations for all public facing websites. Work closely with the IT Security group on web technology external access audits and pen testing of external web technologies. Build and execute an operational plan for managing and monitoring websites and performance of those websites. Provide weekly status reports and develop website metrics for reporting to leadership and to help manage the team. Serve as the hands-on technical resource for web technology projects. Help to facilitate and communicate the weekly change management plan to web technology owners and ensure the proper testing of those changes. Develop and maintain a common repository of systems documents, SOPs, user training documents. Actively participate in off-hours change windows for production environments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 3+ years administering websites. 3+ years with SEO and web content management. 3+ years of light web application development. Experience with HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Php Strong technical knowledge and ability to create and understand system architecture diagrams and design documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery. Strong report-writing and presentation skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Understanding the flow of data and business processes. Demonstrated ability to organize information, manage tasks and projects to support business needs. Ability to adapt to dynamically changing priorities. Eligible to work in the Unites States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ContentStack, WPEngine(WordPress). Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience managing and administering Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
