Description These individuals will be working in a task based environment where they will be reviewing title documents, including flood insurance, home owners insurance, and working with their vendors to complete missing documents or fields within NetOx (HNB's loan platform). These individuals will be working between Huntington's Home Lending Advocates (HLA's) and outside vendors to ensure they have the correct documents needed, and loans have the ability to close and fund in a timely manner. Examples below: Flood -Is it in a flood zone? -Review address against system -Make determinations if all info is correct, research within county/postal service website Insurance -Verify address, names, etc. -Is there enough coverage? -Manual data entry Title -Validating ownership and any liens -Reconciling mortgages with credit report to ensure everything is accounted for -Provide resources (copy of credit report, etc.) Banking knowledge or experience with titles, insurance, flood certs, and other documents would be a plus but not mandatory. Skills banking operations, production environment, computer operation, excel data entry, research and analysis, mortgage, insurance, title, flood insurance Top Skills Details banking operations,production environment,computer operation,excel data entry,research and analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST: - HS Diploma or GED - 1+ year Banking/Insurance/regulated environment production work - Strong communication and soft skills - Ability to drive production and results driven in a fast paced environment - Ability to work in office every day (Monday-Friday, 8-5 - some minor flexibility in shift possible) PLUS: - Title, Insurance, Flood cert familiarity Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
