With a strong foundation in B2B lead generation and business development, you will receive top-notch onboarding, on-the-job coaching, and personalized development to support your professional growth and future roles in Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Consultancy, or Management. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS* Partner with Account Executives to develop a territory strategy for discovering, nurturing, and qualifying a pipeline of leads. * Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, personalized emails, social media engagement, and video communications. * Qualify and develop inbound leads generated by campaigns and digital events, building customer profiles and identifying key pain points OpenText can resolve. * Act as part of a "win team" to support the progression of sales opportunities, re-engaging leads and nurturing relationships to drive pipeline acceleration and closure. * Build trusted customer relationships by acting as a business advisor and mapping the buying process with targeted contacts. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED* Proven success in achieving or exceeding quarterly sales targets. * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and address prospects' business challenges. * Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Creativity and resilience when researching leads and cold calling prospects. * Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is constant.
