YOUR IMPACT

OpenText is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (ISE) to join our growing Carbonite + Webroot channel sales team. This team is focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets through pipeline generation, marketing initiatives, and strategic partner management. Our solution set includes Webroot MSP products-such as Endpoint Protection, DNS Protection, and Security Awareness Training-along with Carbonite Data Protection offerings. Together, these solutions provide a robust cyber resilience strategy for our customers, protecting data and minimizing the impact of increasing cyber threats.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring our partners and customers meet their security, data protection, and performance goals. You'll be instrumental in driving partner success and supporting OpenText's growth through the channel.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market business plan to drive growth within your assigned territory.
  • Become a cyber resilience expert, clearly articulating the value of Carbonite + Webroot solutions to partners and their customers.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Executives and Solutions Engineers to position our portfolio as a revenue-driving solution for partners.
  • Drive demand generation campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners and jointly identify opportunities with end users.
  • Represent the Carbonite + Webroot brands in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment requiring strategic thinking and a strong sales acumen.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 4+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience managing pipelines, executing business plans, and working with both channel partners and end users.
  • Ability to confidently communicate the value proposition of Carbonite and Webroot solutions.
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (airport accessible).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and/or data backup solutions is a plus.

Estimated base salary: $80,000 USD
