Job Duties:
This position reports to the Director of the School of Nursing and Health Professions. It also involves daily interaction with prospective and current students, high school guidance counselors, university staff, faculty, academic personnel, and administrators. An individual in this role must be self-motivated to display professional communication skills, and function independently with little or no supervision. An ideal candidate will also maximize the use of computer technologies while performing tasks. The individual in this position must be able to provide exceptional customer service, balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, and be ready to provide support as needed in any situation. This position functions with a high level of confidentiality. Hybrid remote work may be available after the successful completion of the initial training period. Please note that the remote work policy is subject to change at the discretion of the department or university. Key Job Responsibilities:
