Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a closely related field OR a minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting/pharmaceutical sales. Communication Skills: Experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment. Marketing Experience: Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies to meet objectives. Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer experience. Pay range for this position based on education and experience: 105k-118k annually As a Clinical Outreach Specialist, you are assigned to be responsible for a designated territory. To ensure that you are properly covering your assigned territory, you must, as a condition of continued employment with the company, reside in or within close enough proximity to your designated territory so that you can meet the requirement of regularly spending time physically in your territory visiting your assigned locations on a prompt and regular basis without incurring excessive commute time or expenses. Specifically, it is a job requirement to travel to locations throughout your assigned territory on a regular basis. Permission will generally not be given and should not be expected except in extenuating circumstances. Based on this requirement, employees are required to obtain written permission from their direct supervisor before moving out of the metropolitan area in which their assigned territory is located.
