Job Description



Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Travel Requirements: Negligible

Location: Norfolk, VA



SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist to assist the ILS Lead with collecting and analyzing data for developing ILS Certifications, Phase A documents, and Phase B documents for the Navy warfighter.



Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:



  • Assists with developing and maintaining logistics data using systems like CDMD-OA, TDMIS, PMSMIS, NDE, and MBPS.
  • Assists with development of logistics documentation in support of the maintenance philosophy and acquisition strategy.
  • Conducts data research and analysis, and generates reports.
  • Assists with Configuration Management activities and products, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs); Ship Change Documents (SCDs); work file submission; queries in CDMD-OA and MBPS; and integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Certifications.
  • Maintains a document filing system to retrieve or revise previous documents.



Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:



  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Three (3)+ years of experience with Microsoft Word.
  • MBPS certificate, preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of logistics management principles, concepts, policies, regulations, common naval support programs and systems (e.g., TDMIS, CDMD-OA, PARTS, ERP, ICAPS, WEBFLIS, OneTouch, JETDAS), and Life Cycle Support requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel.
