Responsibilities
*Qualifications

Need to have five years' experience in the following types of welding,

  • GMAW (MIG)
  • SMAW (STICK)
  • GTAW (TIG)
  • FCAW (FLUX CORE)
  • GAS/OXYACETYLENE WELDING
  • CARBON ARC CUTTING
Responsibilities

Position would be hired for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift based on collective bargaining agreement.

  • Must have the ability to read basic measuring instruments and blueprints.
  • Must be able to work on pre-heated tool steels (High Heat).
  • Required to wear air supplied respirators and welding related personal protective equipment.
  • This position is part of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District 54.
  • Employees are required to work every other weekend. Shift will be determined based on seniority.

Base Wage: $32.221

Additional Cost-of-Living Adjustment: $4.46 /hr. (in addition to base wage)

2nd shift differential: $0.44 /hr.

3rd shift differential: $0.73 /hr.

Earn 1 week vacation after 6 months of employment

*Qualifications for Internal Candidates
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Must have 5 years of more applicable welding experience.
