Job Title: IT Manager I - Infrastructure Security ManagerLocation: Block 23What you'll do: As an IT Manager I - Cyber, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Cyber system processes and structures that support multiple technology disciplines. You will manage a small to mid-size team responsible for delivering functional projects on time and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with internal business partners to proactively address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues. You will foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and the delivery of working Cyber solutions.You will also support IT leadership in delivering products and services, evaluating technologies, and setting standards. Additionally, you will recommend improvements to established business processes while ensuring high-value execution. You will create comprehensive project plans, remove impediments, and track overall project performance to support the achievement of both short- and long-term business goals. This role also includes responsibility for implementing and managing enterprise security technologies, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, and supporting audit readiness through technical control implementation and documentation.
