Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ST2 Specialist, Training II - Instructional Systems Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and updating training materials and curriculum for JCREW, ensuring compliance with NAVEDTRA standards. This role involves creating comprehensive lesson plans, student guides, tests, and supporting documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update JCREW training materials and curriculum in accordance with NAVEDTRA standards.

- Create lesson plans, student guides, tests, and supporting documents to enhance the learning experience.

- Provide classroom instruction utilizing JCREW equipment as training aids.

- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and technical manuals to deliver effective training sessions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development.

- Familiarity with NAVEDTRA standards and training requirements.

- Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint and other instructional technologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications and Skill Sets:

5+ year's instructional development experience.

3+ year's developing computer based training.

2+ year's developing training using Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM).

Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen

An Active Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain one

Education:

Associate's degree (bachelor's degree preferred)
