Full Time Gate Attendant Supervisor - Hayward, WI $19.00 per hour

$19 Per Hour!

Located in Hayward WI

* Schedule:
Monday thorugh Friday 7:00AM to 3:00PM

(On call to handle issues at the site and to stand the post if needed.)

* Holidays required unless told otherwise.-Holiday pay is time and a half!
* 40 AVG hours per week- Overtime is possible if need be.

No previous experience is required.

Vigilance, attention to detail, and sharp observational and critical-thinking abilities are essential for identifying and mitigating risks. Mastery of security systems, protocols, and accurate incident reporting reflects technical competence. Integrity, fairness, and trustworthiness build team respect and public confidence. Finally, staying current through ongoing training and empowering officers with the resources they need helps maintain operational effectiveness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• MUST be reliable!
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must not have any felonies.
• Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
