We operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and partner closely with government agencies and technology teams to ensure compliance, delivery excellence, and strategic alignment. The role We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale IT programs, specifically within the federal sector. This role requires proven leadership in managing complex program tracks, strong technical program management expertise, and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience with FedRAMP, GRC, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. You will lead strategic planning, execution, team development, and compliance assurance for mission-critical initiatives. This role is based in either New Jersey or Dallas, with a requirement to work onsite at least three days per week. U.S. Citizenship is required. What you'll bring
