The team

We operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and partner closely with government agencies and technology teams to ensure compliance, delivery excellence, and strategic alignment. The role

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale IT programs, specifically within the federal sector. This role requires proven leadership in managing complex program tracks, strong technical program management expertise, and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience with FedRAMP, GRC, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. You will lead strategic planning, execution, team development, and compliance assurance for mission-critical initiatives. This role is based in either New Jersey or Dallas, with a requirement to work onsite at least three days per week. U.S. Citizenship is required.

What you'll bring





  • 15+ years of IT program management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role



  • Proven experience leading large-scale cloud infrastructure programs



  • Federal sector experience including FedRAMP, GRC, and compliance oversight



  • Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies



  • Strong communication, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills



  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment



  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource planning



  • Knowledge of risk management, compliance tracking, and performance reporting



  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)



  • U.S. Citizenship required; no dual citizenship accepted
