Job Summary |
The Center for Educational Outreach & Engagement is seeking a highly motivated, energized and organized student worker who will serve as Outreach Ambassador that provide K-12 tours of campus and assist with Outreach events and programs. |
Essential Functions |
- Provide tours for K-12 student groups
- Attend Outreach events and help with tasks such as set-up and take down at events, check-in, greeting guests, creating name tags, etc.
- Assist with the development of an Outreach Ambassador manual
- Assist with scheduling of meetings and trainings for Outreach Ambassadors
- Assist with the oversight of the Outreach Ambassador calendar and digital sign-up sheet
- Consult with staff within University Outreach to determine how Outreach Ambassadors can represent and/or assist with programming throughout the academic year

Minimum Qualifications |
- Auburn University student in good standing
Expectations:
- The ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills (Adobe, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Zoom, Canva, Google Docs and Forms)
- Able to represent the Division of Auburn University Outreach in a professional manner
