Proposal Manager Washington DC Metro Area, Remote Pay From : $130,000K+ MUST: Experienced Proposal Manager 6+ years of proposal management experience in Federal/Civ (ideally DHA, VA, HHS, FEMA backgrounds) Experience leading internal and external proposal teams Well versed in government contracting industry in both the prime and subcontractor role Ability to supervise and manage proposal efforts with teaming partners from 'soup to nuts' Superior proposal writing capabilities Ability to conduct full proposal lifecycle activities, kickoffs, assignments, schedules, color reviews, and lessons learned Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint Experience using Adobe and Desktop Publisher Strong communication skills both written and verbal High attention to detail Shipley Training and certification are a plus Very organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines at once Bachelor's Degree in relevant field English, Coms or business preferred DUTIES: The ideal team member will be responsible for overseeing and managing their assigned Proposal projects, working as a member of a small and efficient team, this candidate will be accountable for shepherding the proposal process for multiple RFIs and RFPs simultaneously Provide various support services (e.g., opportunity research, sales pipeline updates, repository updates) for the Growth team Lead and manage the proposal development process from identification to submission Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices Coordinate and schedule proposal kick-off meetings, status meetings, and reviews The successful candidate will have demonstrated success supporting multiple pursuits of opportunities in the $30-$200 million range and a thorough understanding of the federal procurement process in both the Defense and Civilian sector markets Lead and/or facilitate the kick-off meeting and engage all parties for all color reviews Format and edit proposal documents to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and company branding guidelines Proofread proposal documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors Maintain proposal document libraries and version control Collect and organize proposal data calls and responses Support the development of proposal graphics and presentations Conduct research and gather information in support of the Growth team Manage all activities involved in the development and production of proposals, including third-party support Conduct monthly audits and pipeline reviews Provide various support services (e.g., opportunity research, sales pipeline updates, repository updates) for the Growth team Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
