Testing Requirements
Basic Clerical Aptitude test (BCAB): Ability to classify information according to preset rules; spelling and grammar; basic mathematics; filing and sorting information. Suggested Preparation: Review of basic arithmetic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages; review rules of grammar, spelling, punctuation; and alphabetizing or putting items in order. Data Entry/Database (DEDB): Competence in accurate data entry onto fixed-formatted fields from printed material; and basic database entry operations. Suggested Preparation: Practice entering data quickly and accurately from paper copy onto a computer form or into a database. End Date: 08/01/2025 Minimum Posting Range: $22.81 Maximum Posting Range: $37.91 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
