Our client is looking for a Paid Social Manager (Contract) to join their marketing team!
This is a 6-month contract role (with a high likelihood of extension), hybrid with in-office presence required Tuesday-Thursday in Los Angeles, CA.
REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years managing and developing strategy for upper-funnel paid social campaigns focused on awareness and engagement
Hands-on experience with Games or Entertainmentmarketing
Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and X ad management platforms
Strong understanding of paid social best practices, creative formats, and platform-level metrics
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communicator and collaborator across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with lower-funnel performance marketing strategies is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
Partner with the Media Team to shape paid social strategies, providing recommendations on targeting, platforms, creative, and budgets
Serve as a thought partner for the Games Marketing team to translate go-to-market strategies into paid social initiatives
Deliver mid-campaign insights, recommend optimizations, and provide post-campaign wrap-ups
Act as a platform expert, advising cross-functional teams on audience targeting, ad products, and creative formats
Collaborate with platform partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) on first-to-market innovations
Provide guidance on paid social creative best practices and support the development of breakthrough concepts
Offer feedback to internal teams on tooling needs for greater planning and execution efficiency
The pay for this W-2 position is $115/hr. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
