Salary Range or Starting Hourly : $115,000 - $165,000

Overview

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an IS&T Senior Business Process Automation Analyst, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. The IS&T Senior Business Process Automation Analyst will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a detailed-oriented Senior Business Process Automation Analyst who will analyze, design, and implement business process solutions that streamline and improve business processes. This role requires a unique blend of process improvement, business requirements collection, documentation and analysis combined with technical implementation skills. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and leverage business process improvement and management tools to create efficient workflows. Job Duties:

    Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead the effort to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and historical systems. Translate these complex requirements into clear technical specifications for developing automated approval workflows and digital forms in Process Director.
  • Process Analysis & Design: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Analyze and identify process compliance to tailor to stakeholder needs. Design and develop optimized workflows and automated solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across Business Systems. Monitor and refine automated processes, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to enhance usability and drive efficiency, applying Agile, Six Sigma lean methodologies and other continuous improvement processes and tools where appropriate.
  • Project & Team Facilitation: Manage and facilitate cross-functional teams, including contractors, AF/DOD personnel, and customers, to deliver business process automation projects on time. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and progressive and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage and facilitate projects with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within Government, Military, or large-scale construction/industrial contract environments.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and the AEDC local area network.
  • Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled in oral and written communication
  • Skilled in Continuous Improvement Six Sigma lean methodologies, processes and tools
  • Direct experience working on the TOS I/II contract(s).
  • Knowledge of Process Director
  • Skilled at building and maintaining personnel and customer relationships
  • Ability to understand and identify process compliance to tailor to stakeholder needs
  • Understanding data driven information for supporting Arnold's future
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Active DoD security clearance or able to obtain an Active DoD security clearance
