The Position
The Genentech Litigation Team is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel Specialist, Assistant General Counsel. We are looking for a strategic litigator whose drive and vision will support Genentech's mission of "doing now what patients need next." The ideal candidate will have deep experience setting strategy for and managing complex litigations and other adversarial proceedings in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related life science industry. As a key business partner and advisor, this individual will have experience analyzing and counseling on legal risk in the business context. This position is based onsite at Genentech's South San Francisco, California campus and a remote working arrangement is not available. Relocation benefits are available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is$209,700 to $389,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
