Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Director of Park Ridge and Flatbush - Brooklyn.
In this role, the successful candidate Has overall responsibility to plan, organize and direct the clinical and financial operations of the Family Health Centers (FHC) at NYU Langone clinical sites including the Park Ridge and Flatbush location. Reporting to the Vice President for Clinical Operations and Network Integration, the Director is expected to work in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and and and FHC leadership team to achieve the Centers financial and operational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clinical Management
- Plans, direct and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the FHC.
- Assists in the development of the centers vision and strategic plans, as well as executing the recommendations and initiatives set by leadership.
- Plans, develops, directs and monitors initiatives to improve and maintain desired performance targets in the areas of patient care, clinical and financial operations, revenue cycle, patient experience, and quality performance.
- Selects, assigns, supervises and evaluates clinical and administrative support staff.
- Oversees personnel administration and performance management with the human resources department.
- Collaborates with RED+F to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and employees, and enforcement of emergency action plans when necessary.
- Oversees the clinical and administrative information systems in collaboration with MCIT to enhance the clinical operations and business activities within the Center.
- Works cooperatively with appropriate departments across the Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, NYU Langone Health System.
- Responsible for carrying out marketing outreach and health education activities to promote patient compliance and access to care.
- Resolves patient complaints and monitors patient and staff satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting institutional issues as they relate to the FHC.
- Keep up on regulatory policies and industry changes that may effect the manner in which we conduct business and disseminate this information to the FHC staff.
Financial Management:
- Responsible for site financial management including development of annual operating budgets and participation in business development initiatives.
- In conjunction with FHC leadership, collaboratively responsible for implementing business plan components and monitoring achievement of benchmarks and goals and changing direction as needed.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting operating and financial results and develops strategies to address unfavorable performance that promote achieving the centers desired goals and outcomes.
- Oversees the business office functions of the center and serves as primary contact with revenue cycle, managed care and finance.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a -Bachelors Degree
-Masters Degree Business and/or Health Administration or related field preferred
-5+ years of clinical operations management experience

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $114,765.35 - $177,723.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
