The Advisory Service Line of Eisner Advisory Group LLC is a fast-growing organization. The Executive Assistant to members of the Advisory Executive Team will play an important role in ensuring the Team has the support to address the needs of our growing business. The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Advisory Managing Partner and the Advisory Chief Growth Officer (the principals). We are looking for someone who has a curious mind and is eager to grow and learn in this role.

What Work You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Provide administrative support and project coordination on initiatives lead by the principals.

  • Work with the principals to develop and maintain on-going management of priorities for the Advisory Practice and facilitate reporting & project completion.

  • Support the completion of deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, budget tracking, proofreading and scheduling team meetings.

  • Provide support in managing daily calendars. Anticipate and resolve calendar conflicts and challenges.

  • Manage travel arrangements and expense tracking.

  • Anticipate needs for internal and external meetings such as conference room or Microsoft Teams reservations, catering, travel arrangements, and arranging for visitors to the office.

  • Coordinate practice-wide Town Halls, management meetings and workshops.

  • Draft standard correspondence in response to inquiries and standard administrative matters.

  • Work closely with the principals and assist with project management specifically managing deadlines and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant to a C-Suite executive. Preferably in a fast-paced professional services or financial services environment.

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Exceptional in business, excel and other technology tools.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills; manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Understanding of professional service business models and operations.

  • An ambitious, self-starter, consistently taking initiative and driving projects forward.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.

  • Cultivates and maintains positive relationships internally and externally.

  • Advanced skills in Office 365 tools in particular - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.

  • Exposure to and proficiency in using AI tools to streamline work.

  • Strong organization skills demonstrated by ability to access documents and other information in a timely fashion.

  • Curious and able to learn new software and technology quickly.

  • Maintains privacy and discretion.

  • Flexible and open to taking on additional/modified responsibilities to support the ever-evolving business.
