Are you a supply chain leader ready to drive operational excellence and scale logistics across multiple channels? We're looking for a Materials Manager to lead inventory planning, procurement, and fulfillment operations across Amazon FBA, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale distribution.

In this high-impact role, you'll shape and execute strategies that ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and deliver exceptional fulfillment performance. If you're a systems-minded leader with a deep understanding of planning, warehouse operations, and cross-functional alignment.

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000/yr.

Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and grow a high-performing materials team across procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations
  • Manage Amazon FBA inventory lifecycle, from pre-positioning to compliance and performance tracking
  • Drive inventory planning strategies that support DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channels
  • Align demand and supply planning with sales, marketing, and promotional activity
  • Optimize ERP (SAP S/4HANA), WMS, and analytics tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) for end-to-end planning
  • Lead the S&OP process and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Use scenario-based planning and KPIs to mitigate risk and enhance performance




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Supply Chain or Business preferred
  • APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in CPG or high-volume distribution
  • Proven success managing Amazon FBA operations and inventory via Seller Central
  • Experience leading IBP/S&OP, negotiating vendor contracts, and applying advanced analytics tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
