You will provide assistance and customer services for our current employees and new hires. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): * Answer phone calls, take messages, and field/respond to all routine and non-routine questions * Assist with billing invoices and approvals along with payroll. * Must be professional and alert at all times & handle scheduling onboarding paperwork for new hires * Build employee new hire and onboarding schedules, maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), develop and implement organized filling system, maintain and update employee records * Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner Required Skills and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Must be 18 years of age or older * Maintain and treat all information and communication as confidential * Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives * Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English * Must be able to verbally direct and communicate in English * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software * Impeccable attention to detail and organization Work Environment: * Indoor office environment with the potential of remaining seated for extended periods of time * Continuous use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse * Prolonged periods of standing, noise level may be excessive at times Physical Demands: * Must be able to carry, push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds and operate office equipment as necessary |
