• Promote and enforce safety as the top priority on site.

• Provide on-site supervision and direction to crew members.

• Review and interpret project specifications and construction plans.

• Schedule and adjust work sequences based on equipment and crew capabilities.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of crew timecards.

• Complete daily foreman reports detailing progress, issues, and observations.

• Identify and resolve unexpected issues or delays on the job site.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman/supervisor in the Mining or Heavy Civil Construction industry. Tailings experience preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Experience using both power and non-power tools.

• Physically capable of performing duties, including:

  • Sitting, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, and climbing

  • Lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs

• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a positive attitude.

• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

• Location: Kingman, AZ (Travel to regional project sites may be required)

• Schedule: Primarily weekdays with occasional overtime

• Work Environment: Active construction site; includes exposure to high noise, physical activity, and outdoor conditions
