Responsible for auditing specific closing documents that have been fully executed prior to disbursement of funds, preparing and ordering wires and providing support to the Closing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review all loan documentation from Title Companies to ensure their accuracy and completion prior to funding loans. Follow up with any deficiencies to complete loan funding.
2. Prepare and manage wire vouchers so that wires arrive at Title Company to guarantee a timely funding.
3. Monitor daily reports and manage time effectively to ensure timeliness of loan fundings.
4. Communicate in a professional and timely manner with Title Companies, Escrow Agents, Real Estate Agents and/or Attorneys, as well as members, and managers.
5. Communicates with members of Mortgage department as well as members of other departments to inform them when fundings are complete or if any issues have arisen.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree required. Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year residential closing or funding experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service best practices
Solid knowledge and understanding of closing requirements for multiple products in multiple states

Travel to Angleton, Lake Jackson and/or Sugar Land at least 20% of the time based upon business needs.
