Jr Financial Analyst

XLA is looking for a Jr Financial Analyst to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This is an onsite position Monday-Friday.

Requires knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices as well as particular principles relating to government contract accounting practices and regulations. Requires ability to read and interpret

written information and effectively communicate verbally and in writing where information includes precise information and terminology.




  • Salary for this position is $50,000



The primary duties of this position will include:



  • Providing temporary fiscal support to EEO, EPA and OM
  • Serving as a universal funds assigner, modifying travel funds, and processing financial invoices
  • Responsible for processing travel invoices and processing payments in UFMS
  • Assisting various DEA program offices with getting online with eForms and E19, and adding funding as needed
  • Helping to modify documents in eForms as needed, and/or helping the office transform to the eForms platform.
  • Candidate should have some working experience/familiar in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
