JOB MISSION:

The Manager, Impact and Value Realization, is a pivotal member of our Business Transformation team. As NB continues to focus on enterprise transformation, this role is a critical connector between our Global Transformation program teams and our continuous improvement / Steady State teams. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between initial implementation and long-term operational integration - ensuring that newly designed operating models, processes, and technologies are fully embraced by teams across the organization and value is realized from the strategic investments the brand is making to drive our long-range plan.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Change Reinforcement:

    • Ensure that the new ways of working are embedded into the day-to-day reality of users, aligning adoption with go to market and natural workflow by monitoring adoption progress, identifying gaps, and implementing reinforcement mechanisms

    • Identify and close operational gaps in system and process interdependencies impacted by transformation rollouts

    • Ensures lasting behavior change and process alignment in teams impacted directly or secondarily by transformation effort.

    • Drive role clarity across impacted teams, ensuring individuals understand their responsibilities in the new environment.

  • Adoption Strategy & Execution:

    • Partner with Business Change, Digital Product Managers and Product Operations to drive approach, adoption and sustained value realization of program identified OKRs that span multiple business functions and product areas within day to day business activities.

    • Facilitate transition of transformation program related backlog and day to day system management activities into our established continuous improvement domains.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Partner closely with Business Change, Digital Product, Functional Leaders, Technology Leaders and HR, to align to align on what full adoption looks like establishing success criteria, identifying barriers and co-creating solutions.

    • Act as the liaison through which information is aggregated and communicated back and forth around change adoption.

    • Bridge training plan and approach from within program into day-to-day requirements and needs; develop learning experiences that support new ways of working.

    • Build and drive ongoing communications strategy that orients stakeholders around supporting day to day needs while also delivering high level messaging that reinforces the broader change narrative and adoption goals.

REQUIRMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Experience:7+ years in transformation, change management, organizational development, or related roles, ideally within large-scale business or technology programs.

  • Change Leadership:Proven ability to lead through influence, drive behavioral change, and embed new practices in complex environments.

  • Strategic Thinking:Ability to translate strategic transformation goals into practical, team-level actions and support mechanisms.

  • Collaboration:Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, technology, and HR functions.

  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and navigate matrix organizations.

  • Adaptability:Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting approaches based on evolving needs and feedback.

  • Tools & Frameworks:Familiarity with change management methodologies, Agile Operating Models, operating model design, and enterprise transformation frameworks.

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
