We're looking for a resourceful problem-solver with basic computer literacy who loves finding creative solutions for our valued clients. Check out some of your day:

  • Work with Facilities and Engineering teams to coordinate maintenance services and serve as the main point of contact for building occupants
  • Process daily contractor access forms and communicate maintenance activities to tenants
  • Manage work orders, conduct property inspections, and follow reporting procedures to maintain quality service
  • Help track performance goals (KPIs) and service agreements (SLAs) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist with budget management and support the implementation of facility projects and improvements
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including processing invoices and ensuring proper documentation
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and help maximize the use of preferred and diverse vendors
  • Support lease administration and reporting functions for the property management team

Who are we looking for?

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years' experience in Hospitality, Soft Services, or Operations.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Preferred

  • Commercial real estate industry knowledge.
  • Experience in facilities management

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with weekends off

Pay $23.79-28.84 hourly, depending on experience
